• We're not responsible for actual fit or appearance of physical products
• We don't sell the clothing or jewelry featured

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You're responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One person, one account (no sharing, no cap)

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content and Rights

Your Content, Your Responsibility

When you upload User Images or any other content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• Your content doesn't violate anyone's rights (privacy, publicity, copyright, etc.)
• You have consent from any person appearing in your User Images
• Your content is appropriate and lawful

License Grant to The Sus Fit

By uploading content to The Sus Fit, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your images through our AI system
• Generate virtual try-on results
• Store your content for Service functionality
• Display Generated Images as per your privacy settings

We respect your drip: We won't sell your personal photos to third parties or use them for anything sketchy.

Generated Images

• You retain rights to your User Images
• Generated Images are co-owned by you and The Sus Fit
• You can use Generated Images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use requires our written permission

5. Prohibited Uses (The "Don't Be That Person" Section)

You agree NOT to:

• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

The Sus Fit, our logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. Our AI technology, website design, and all other The Sus Fit IP belong to us. Please don't use our stuff without permission.

• Lost profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Emotional distress from unflattering Generated Images
• Bad fashion choices made based on Generated Images
• Any damages exceeding $100 USD

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sus Fit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
